The Virginia Task Force on Primary Care (VTFPC) is collecting and disseminating news and opportunities in the Rural Health Transformation program, with the intention of providing primary care practices notice to participate in funding opportunities.

Open Request for Applications (RFA):
Virginia Health Care Foundation (VHCF), a key implementation partner in Virginia’s Rural Health Transformation efforts, has launched its Request for Applications (RFA) for Provider Interoperability! Approximately $14 million will be available.
This sub-initiative is designed to support Virginia’s rural health care providers:
Incorporate technology into their practices.
Modernize their EHR systems.
Strengthen cybersecurity infrastructure.
Upgrade legacy systems, enhance internal data exchange and reporting, and protect patient information from increasing cybersecurity threats.
