
Receive a monthly panel-level report by NPI of Combo 10 vaccination rates for children ages 0-2. Reported vaccines are (DTaP), inactivated polio vaccine (IPV), measles, mumps and rubella (MMR), haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib), hepatitis B (HepB), varicella (VZV), pneumococcal conjugate vaccine (PCV), rotavirus (RV), hepatitis A (HepA), influenza (Flu). Data comes from Virginia Department of Health’s Virginia Immunization Information System (VIIS). This pilot is an initiative of the Virginia Task Force on Primary Care, funded by the Virginia General Assembly.
Enrollment requirements:
- Must be a pediatric or family medicine practice in Virginia to be eligible.
