Low-Cost, High-Volume Health Services Contribute The Most To Unnecessary Health Spending

The findings of research on low-value care by VCHI and partners at UCLA, Milliman MedInsight, the University of Michigan, Virginia Health Information, and the Commonwealth of Virginia is published in the October issue of Health Affairs.  VCHI is pleased to share this recognition of our work on addressing low-value care with these partners and co-authors.     

Study co-authors are John Mafi of the University of California Los Angeles, Kyle Russell of Virginia Health Information, Marcos Dachary of Milliman MedInsight, and William Hazel Jr. of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
